Our Process

  • Meet us at our office for coffee located in Feilding to talk about your ideas, design and visions for your project. You will learn a little more about us and our building process.

    We will talk about budgets, your land/section and explain in further detail the next stages and what to expect from us.

  • We will match you with one of our Architectural drawers and the design concept stage begins ! This stage is really exciting as together we begin designing your new home. We provide you with concept plans and start creating every space for your new home.

    Once design concept plans are completed and you’re 100% satisfied on the design for your new home we submit your plan to the local council for permit.

  • Once we have signed off on the overall design of your new home we complete our pricing with a fixed price contract and a full written proposal outlining everything included in your new home.

    A Master Builder contract is formalised along with a 10year Master Builder Guarantee.

  • This is where the fun really begins. Our team of local builders will bring your new home to life ! We keep you involved every step of the way as your new home is constructed.
